Are you the Future Apprentice of the year?

We are searching UK schools, colleges and sixth forms to find the outstanding ‘Future Apprentice of the Year’. If you are an ambitious and driven student, inspired by Rolls-Royce and passionate about engineering, technology and innovation then this prestigious award is designed for you!

To enter you need to:

  • Be in Year 12 or 13 (or equivalent)
  • Have a minimum of four GCSEs at grade C (or equivalent), including Maths and English
  • Or, be studying a business orS TEM subject at A Level or BTEC (or equivalent)

What could you win?

You could win a place on a Rolls-Royce apprenticeship! You’ll also receive an Apple watch, Rolls-Royce branded gifts and a ‘day in the life of a senior manager.’

The winner and finalists will also have the opportunity to attend an ‘Experience Rolls-Royce day’ to learn more about careers and skills across the organization.  

All finalists will also be considered for an apprenticeship at Rolls-Royce.  

Please note: A place on a Rolls-Royce apprenticeship is subject to meeting the minimum requirements including right to work and educational qualifications.

Your details must be submitted and completed by 9am on 16 March 2025.

If you are successful in getting through to the next stage, you will hear from us by 11 April 2025.

Assessment

If you pass the initial application and screening stage your application will be reviewed by Rolls-Royce.

Once screened by Rolls-Royce you will be invited to an in-person assessment centre at the Rolls-Royce Offices.

Grand final

The final shortlist of ten students will be invited to the awards ceremony on 25 April 2025, where the award winners will be announced. All finalists will be invited to bring along a parent or carer for the ceremony.
