Could you lead the future of technology in the North East?

We’re searching UK universities for a first or second year STEM student located in the North East who is passionate about pursuing a career in technology.

To enter you must:

  • Be an undergraduate student in your first or second year at a university in the UK
  • Be studying a degree in STEM
  • Have an interest in pursuing a career in technology
  • Be able to accept the prize of a summer internship that will take place in Newcastle  
  • Be able to satisfy the security requirements to hold a position at Accenture. You must have full UK working rights and have continuous residency in the UK for at least 5 years

What could you win?

  • A 3-week paid summer internship with Accenture at their office in Newcastle, offering the opportunity to work directly with Accenture’s Technology leaders and Innovation team, to uncover deep insights into how Accenture leverages emerging technologies with their clients.
  • You’ll also be placed with an existing grad or apprentice mentor to gain a first-hand look into what it’s really like starting your career with a leading Technology firm.

If you are successful in getting through to the next stage, you will hear from us by 28 February 2025

Assessment

If you pass the online tests and successfully make it to the next stage, you may be asked to attend a video or phone interview with Accenture.

Grand final

The final shortlist of ten students will be invited to the awards ceremony on 25 April 2025, where the award winners will be announced.
