Are you the next Undergraduate of the Year?
The TARGETjobs Undergraduate of the Year Awards is an annual competition aimed at finding the best undergraduates in the UK. Each award is sponsored by a prominent graduate recruiter who provides a fantastic prize for the winner, including a paid internship, trips abroad and other exclusive opportunities.
We’re thrilled to welcome back Rachel Riley as the host of the TARGETjobs Undergraduate of the Year awards ceremony in 2019.
The 2019 TARGETjobs Undergraduate of the Year Awards is now closed. Thank you to everyone who has applied and we wish you all the best of luck!

The awards process
The process starts online with the collection of basic personal information, up to four tests devised by SHL Talent Measurement™, and up to three questions posed by the sponsor (specific details can be found under the heading ‘How do I win?’ for each award). This phase can take about two hours but you don't need to complete everything in one visit, you can save and come back at any time before the closing date in January each year.
The students who perform best in the tests and who best match the requirements of the sponsor are selected for the second stage which often involves meeting other finalists at an sponsor-led assessment centre, as well as undergoing an interview. From there the best ten students are then invited to the awards ceremony in London where the winner is announced.
