We're searching UK universities to find the outstanding Management Undergraduate of the Year. We are looking for students who have an aptitude for customer service, flexibility, a strong work ethic, great communication and potential leadership skills.

To enter you need to:

Be an undergraduate student at a university in the UK
Have an interest in pursuing management as a future career
Be in your first or second year of a three-year course or your first, second or third year of a four-year course at university

What could you win?

Win a tailored summer placement with Enterprise Mobility! The lucky winner will get to design their own summer internship at Enterprise Mobility HQ to suit their individual goals and interests, valuable networking opportunities and the chance to experience different aspects of the business. 

All finalists may also be considered for paid work experience opportunities at Enterprise Mobility.

WHAT IT TAKES

What makes an award winner?

The winner, throughout the process, will have demonstrated the personal qualities that we look for in our graduates and undergraduates. We’re not looking for a ready-made manager and we aren’t concerned with which university you attend. We want to know more about you as a person.

You will:

be interested in a career in management
be driven by the desire to achieve results
have a knack for customer service and great communication skills, whether that's through your part-time Saturday job or your role as a representative for your university department or society, for example:
be able to tell us how you have gained skills and knowledge from any work experience, previous internships, volunteering, extracurricular activities and university societies
maybe have had previous leadership roles or positions of responsibility
have done your research on Enterprise Mobility.

Enterprise Mobility and the Management Undergraduate of the Year Award

Enterprise Mobility is partnering with the Management Undergraduate of the Year Award for the 15th successive year because we believe in offering undergraduates the opportunity to tap into their management potential and develop their skills set.

By applying for this award you will have the opportunity to experience what a graduate recruitment process actually looks and feels like – from the application stage through to telephone interview and, if successful, an assessment centre. You will also get the opportunity to network and get hints and tips from the talent acquisition team at Enterprise Mobility and some of our business leaders.

Our top ten students will have the chance to network with all the other finalists and this brings invaluable experience. Some of our finalists are now great friends.

Over the past decade and more we have been able to offer internships and placements to over 90 undergraduates who have applied for our award. We are looking forward to seeing more great applications this year and finding the Management Undergraduate of the Year 2025!

Receive an email inviting you to sit three tests designed exclusively by our partner SHL.

Your details must be submitted and all online tests completed by 9am on Monday 27 January 2025

If you are successful in getting through to the next stage, you will hear from us by 28 February 2025

Assessment

If you pass the online tests and successfully make it to the next stage your application will be reviewed by Enterprise Mobility

This stage will include a telephone interview and an assessment centre.

Grand final

The final shortlist of ten students will be invited to the awards ceremony on 25 April 2025, where the award winners will be announced!
