We're searching for an outstanding undergraduate student from a UK university to be our Undergraduate of the Year for Celebrating Social Mobility in the Built Environment and Real Estate. We're looking for someone who can demonstrate thier resilience, innovation, and commitment to excellence. Someone who is excited about transforming this industry, and passionate about making a positive impact and shaping the future of our communities.

To enter you need to:

  • Be in the penultimate year of an undergraduate degree at a UK university
  • Have a passion for Real Estate and the Built Environment
  • Be from a background where you currently receive extra financial support from your university, or you are the first in your family to attend university, or you will have attended a state school, or were eligible for free school meals.

What could you win?

Win a paid four-week summer internship with CBRE! This also includes mentoring opportunities and a breakfast with a senior leader at the organisation.

You will work alongside current graduates and senior professionals on a range of projects, giving you first-hand insights into what a graduate career in Real Estate at CBRE is all about.

You will gain real-world experience and have opportunities to build a network of professional contacts.

Assessment

If you pass the online tests and successfully make it to the next stage, your application will be reviewed by CBRE

Grand final

The final shortlist of ten students will be invited to the awards ceremony on 25 April 2025, where the award winner will be announced.
