WHAT IT TAKES

What makes an award winner?

We’re not looking for any academic criteria for this award. We are much more interested in the impact that the content you create has on other young people, particularly students. We’re looking for a winner who is driven to make a difference with every post, whether that’s inspiring action, fostering connection, breaking down barriers or being a visible role model for others.

Our winner will:

Crucially, our winner will be an advocate of targetjobs’ core values:

Driven by purpose – we are student first and we champion all young people at the start of their career.

Big ambition − we aim high, are action oriented and push ourselves.

Gracious – we listen, we’re interested and we’re humble. We support and respect each other.
